Had top-notch beautifully maintained rooms. A hair dryer and a writing table were provided for a real good stay on a ten day vacation. Convenient and perfect location, the private parking was available. So very helpful staff, as it had to be

Breakfast at the front desk. I appreciated the room with very comfortable beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and convenient - within walking distance of Durango Mall. The great area was good for celebrating anniversary.

Housekeeping definitely needs attention!!! Stained carpets, dirty corners, and inconsistent cleanliness. Management could also improve responsiveness to maintenance issues.

The desk clerk was super helpful and even recommended a fantastic texas bbq spot. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast outside, and the view of the beautiful tree from our room was lovely.
